Logic Based Health is both a concept and a lifestyle.  The concept is simple; use logic as your guide when parsing the information you gather to improve and/or protect your health. In other words, if something does not pass the logic test it is probably wrong or exaggerated.

The lifestyle is one of taking control of your health.  YOU determine how you will live.  Do not cede control to your doctors, nutritional experts, bloggers (like me), chiropractors, personal trainers, etc.  Use the expertise from them, but make your own decisions based on the best evidence.

 

And be all means, take the time necessary to stay informed and make it a habit to keep up with the latest research.  It may save your life or those that you care about.
